This 2-Year Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to This 2-year fellowship provides a unique opportunity to drive identification and evaluation of global BD&L opportunities, optimize early-stage asset screening, and apply scientific and commercial expertise to strengthen the R&D pipeline. Fellows will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support licensing activities, and build strategic relationships with external innovators, academic institutions, and venture capital partners . The Fellow will gain hands-on experience in business development and licensing, sharpen skills in scientific evaluation, data-driven decision making, portfolio assessment, and develop expertise in oncology and radiology opportunities. In addition, they will strengthen cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills while building a deep understanding of global R&D and commercialization strategies.
