Overview 1 position for Business Development & Licensing Fellowship Position. Fellowship Location: 100 Bayer Blvd, Whippany, NJ 07981 HYBRID. Program Details POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, has over 40 years of expertise in offering innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. This [2-year] Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships (RPIF) and Bayer . Program emphasis is in Global Business Development & Licensing . This 2-Year Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to This 2-year fellowship provides a unique opportunity to drive identification and evaluation of global BD&L opportunities, optimize early-stage asset screening, and apply scientific and commercial expertise to strengthen the R&D pipeline. Fellows will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support licensing activities, and build strategic relationships with external innovators, academic institutions, and venture capital partners . The Fellow will gain hands-on experience in business development and licensing, sharpen skills in scientific evaluation, data-driven decision making, portfolio assessment, and develop expertise in oncology and radiology opportunities. In addition, they will strengthen cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills while building a deep understanding of global R&D and commercialization strategies.
