**Job Title: Construction Laborer**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Construction Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in moving heavy equipment using cranes and forklifts at new facilities. You will assist with the installation and initial testing of equipment. An industrial is preferred, and experience in welding, mechanical tasks, pipe fitting, electrical work, machine operation, or rigging is a plus. You will work in teams of 2-4 to load and unload trucks with duct material.
**Responsibilities**

**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and understand tape measures.
+ 2+ years of experience in construction.
+ Experience in rigging and materials handling.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read and follow work instructions.
+ Reliable transportation.

**Work Environment**
The company provides rigging, machinery moving, factory relocation, and crating services, with a specialization in clean rooms, medical equipment, and semiconductor equipment moving. Training will be provided at the main office, followed by assignments at various sites. The work schedule typically starts between 5am-6am and ends around 3-4pm, with overtime opportunities. The first day begins at 7am. Employees must be willing to travel to different job sites.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
