Job Description

**Responsibilities:** - Prepare and set up beds for concrete pouring - Fabricate assemblies according to specifications - Operate hand and power tools, as well as other equipment - Load and unload construction materials - Organize and set up materials for daily tasks - Perform thorough quality checks on all work - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision - Carry out additional duties as directed **Qualifications:** - At least 2 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or fabrication - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet precise standards - Collaborative team player capable of problem-solving with colleagues - Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace for yourself and others - Proficient in operating standard hand and power tools - Detail-oriented work ethic **Hours & Pay:** - Day shift, with 10+ hours of overtime to be expected weekly. - **$20 - $25, based on experience** **Team Member Expectations:** - Build positive working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and all organizational levels - Work cooperatively in a team environment - Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude - Practice active listening and remain open to feedback and diverse perspectives - Accept direction from supervisors and follow established procedures - Adhere to work rules and punctual attendance - Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements as required - Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly - For tasks involving more than 50 lbs., use team assistance or equipment **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
