We're Hiring: Customer Experience Specialist!

As a Customer Experience Specialist I, you'll be the key point of contact guiding customers through the loan process—from origination to closing—in a fast-paced call center environment.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout their mortgage journey
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and text messages with professionalism
• Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and keep loans moving
• Perform data entry, monitor work queues, and follow established procedures
• Deliver exceptional service while meeting production and quality standards

• At least 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry
• Strong customer service and phone presence
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A drive to grow and succeed in a supportive environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
