Dedicated Reefer Truck Driver

Average pay: $1,200-$1,450 weekly

Home time: Daily

Experience: All CDL holders

Overview:

Transporting frozen and refrigerated goods using a reefer trailer.
90% no-touch freight with 30% drop-and-hook freight.
Complete approximately 12 loads weekly with 1-2 stop-offs per load.
Driving primarily within neighboring states.

Pay and bonus potential:

Earn mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty and not driving.
Receive weekly performance pay.
$7,500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, distributed over 12 months in your first year.
$5,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid over 12 months in your first year.
Paid orientation and time off after 6 months, plus 6 holiday pay days each year.
Annual bonus of up to 2% of your annual gross pay.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Valid Commercial Learner's Permit is available for those interested in company-sponsored CDL training.
Must reside within 60 miles of Delaware, OH.
