Your Role at Dollar Tree:
As a District Manager in Training at Dollar Tree, you’ll engage in on-the-job training to learn how to oversee the operations of multiple stores in partnership with Store Managers assigned to your district. With your support, you’ll empower our store leaders to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
