Clinical Engagement & Site Management

  • Collaborate with clinical trial leads, site coordinators, and sponsor representatives to ensure staff are certified and compliant with study protocols.
  • Monitor site performance, capture and report feedback, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Support U.S. trial rollout with frequent travel to IVF centers nationwide.

Commercial & Research Program Support

  • Partner with lab directors, embryologists, and practitioners to integrate Gameto’s IVM product, Fertilo , into IVF practices.
  • Assist with global research program management: data collection, site audits, deviation reporting, and research collaboration.
  • Deliver scientific presentations at conferences, clinic meetings, and customer events to share clinical insights and promote adoption of Fertilo.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Reproductive Biology, Embryology, or related Life Sciences.
  • 2+ years of clinical embryology experience in an IVF setting, including oocyte retrieval support, denudation, insemination, and embryo handling.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting embryology procedures, equipment, and device integration.
  • Comfort with training clinical teams and presenting technical material to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization, driver’s license, and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting Phase 2/3 clinical trials or fertility-related rollouts.
  • Knowledge of GCP, FDA, and IRB standards for investigational reproductive devices.
