Overview As a Learning Experience Designer on the CX Scaled Success team, your role will be critical in supporting the education of DocSend and Client's user base at scale. You will work closely with users and experts across DocSend and Client to build world-class learning experiences based upon real data and real users. This is a production-level position where you will work on multiple initiatives at once to develop learning experiences for both consumer and business audiences. This is an ideal role for someone who is always looking to the future while rolling their sleeves up and tackling the work needed now. They will have experience in building and iterating upon learning and know the specific needs of SaaS learners. The right candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, high attention to detail, and great communication. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked at a SaaS company in customer-facing education/user education, however, those with non-conventional backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Conduct needs and gap analysis for new and existing learning content and experiences Utilizing user research and data, recommend and execute on learning solutions and roadmap, including learning design and instructional content and design Partner to build a cohesive brand for all DocSend customer education offerings Design and develop instructional content for all DocSend users Analyze business results and learner success to identify and address potential gaps/opportunities Report on and communicate results to cross-functional stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the best user experience possible Location Virtual, US (prefer candidates in Austin, Atlanta, Detroit, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, etc) Requirements 3-5+ years experience as a learning experience designer 3+ years experience in needs/gap analysis and execution 1+ years experience working for a technology company (suggested) Strong familiarity with adult learning theories and methodologies Familiarity with agile learning development Familiarity with peer review processes Excellent written and oral communication skills Education Bachelor\'s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Education, Mass Communications, Marketing, Technical Writing, or equivalent work experience.
