Overview Market Medical Director Primary Care in Cleveland, OH. Compensation: BASE $280K-$300K + 25% BONUS POSSIBLE $375,000. New Center Opens; preferred start date April/May 2025. Will cover all clinics in the market between 3-5 clinics depending on the market. We are a new, innovative healthcare provider devoted to improving the lives of our patients. Responsibilities Lead market medical operations, oversee clinical operations and work with the VPs of operations. Open new markets; the MMD will be involved in opening a center and may see patients as needed until the center is solid with growth, then provide more administrative oversight. When opening new markets, the MMD will fill in the gaps seeing patients; in established markets, focus is more administrative. Qualifications MD or DO; IM/FM Board Certified; geriatrics a plus. Need the ability to mentor and coach. 3-5 years of VBC experience or managed care experience. Strong interpersonal skills; travel within the market. Compensation & Benefits Base $280,000-$300,000; Bonus 25% of base; potential total $375,000. Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental (including family options); pre-tax or post-tax Roth contributions; you may contribute from 1% to 50% of eligible pay up to $23,000. Employer contributions: 100% match on the first 3% contribution, 50% match on the next 3%; contribute 6% each pay period to maximize match (4.5% matching funds).
