A growing AmLaw 200 firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to join its Trusts & Estates practice in Northern Virginia. This is a chance to step into a sophisticated, high-touch practice advising individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, administration, and fiduciary litigation matters.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of T&E or estate litigation experience, Virginia bar admission, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in this space. The role offers a collaborative team culture, hybrid flexibility, and a competitive salary ($160K+ depending on experience) with a 1700 hour billable hour expectation.
