Horizon Health in Eagle Butte, SD is seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician to assist care teams with patients in a clinical setting. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. *Individuals with CNA license in State of South Dakota are preferred, but will provide on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities:
Be willing to train/perform and complete in-house, reference laboratory procedures and become familiar with lab policy and procedures to maintain CLIA regulation including quality control and performing proficiency testing as per the organizational clinic standard.
Take medical direction from LPNs, RNs, and providers.
Initiate and perform skills including labs and vital signs per organizational procedure and on the job training and supervision
