We are currently recruiting for a compassionate **Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)** to reliably serve patients throughout **North East Philadelphia, PA.** **We have Full Time positions available! Day-time shifts and great work/life balance!** **What you'll do:** As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice Nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA RN you will: + Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. + Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care. + Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. + Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders. + Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends **What you should have:** + Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of NJ. + One year of clinical experience strongly preferred. + Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required. **We will train you** . + Ability to travel to cases as assigned + A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication. + The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability _._ **Why you'll love what you do at Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA:** We are committed to providing patients the highest-quality care, enabling them to live at home with comfort, independence, and dignity.
