Position Overview

The Remote Field Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist will promote RDS Home Care’s services through both remote marketing efforts and in-person outreach . This role includes base pay plus commissions for every new consumer successfully enrolled with RDS Home Care, offering strong earning potential for driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote RDS Home Care services through field visits, digital marketing, and community engagement .
• Establish partnerships with local organizations, medical offices, and social workers to generate new referrals.
• Assist potential clients and families in understanding eligibility for home care waiver programs and guide them through the application process.
• Recruit new caregivers and support HR with outreach for employment opportunities.
• Represent RDS Home Care at community events, fairs, and outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, referrals, and new consumer enrollments for commission reporting.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Compliance Departments to ensure all outreach activities meet company and state requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Human Services preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare recruiting , preferably in home care.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel throughout Pennsylvania as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
