Vendor Coordinator @ Big Language Solutions Pay: To be Discussed | Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Call Center Manager Base pay range $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr What You’ll Do Provide real-time consecutive or simultaneous interpretation between English and Vietnamese/Tagalog during live customer calls. Assist U.S. customers in resolving inquiries or issues with professionalism and empathy. Accurately relay messages without altering meaning, tone, or context. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Collaborate with Team Leads and QA to ensure high-quality communication and continuous improvement. Meet call handling metrics, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Stay informed about cultural nuances, industry terminology, and client-specific updates. What You’ll Bring Fluency in Vietnamese/Tagalog and English (spoken and written). 1–2 years of experience in an international call center, preferably supporting U.S. customers. Prior interpretation experience strongly preferred. Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Understanding of cultural sensitivities and professional communication etiquette.
