An employer is looking for a UX Researcher to join on of our top Utility clients in the Nation. The UX Researcher role is specifically focused on supporting the organizations employees and discovering pain points in their day to day to escalate and create a better work environment for them. It is extremely rewarding to be able to hear the employees feedback and to see how quick you can change their entire workday efficiency. We are looking for someone who can handle ambiguity in an environment and is super collaborative with both the design team and the product teams they support. Anyone with a Quantitative research background would be a bonus, but really looking for a qualified researcher who is ready to make a difference across the organization. This team is awesome and have a supportive environment and are excited to bring someone in who is passionate about the customer experience.

- 3-5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
- Survey Tool experience (UserZoom)
- Research repository experience (Marvin)
- Experience working within an ambiguous environment and strong collaboration skills
- Strong storytelling abilities and abilities to communicate your findings presenting them to the teams
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication skills, team oriented, excitement to help improve employees overall work experience
