The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate UX Researcher who's ready to uncover deep user insights, champion user-centered design, and drive meaningful product decisions. What You'll Do

• Obsess over Customers: Plan and conduct comprehensive user researchusability testing, interviews, surveys, and diary studiesto uncover insights that drive product strategy
• Lead with Vision: Leverage AI-powered research tools and predictive analytics to uncover deeper behavioral insights and identify opportunities for innovation
• Go Bold: Create detailed user journey maps that highlight pain points, motivations, and opportunities, then advocate for user-centered design practices across teams
• Get Sh*t Done: Analyze quantitative data from Google Analytics and other platforms to complement qualitative findings and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Embody Integrity: Partner closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure research insights are integrated into design and development processes
• Care Always: Communicate findings effectively through reports, presentations, and storytelling that resonates with stakeholders and influences product roadmaps
• Better You, Better Everyone: Stay current with emerging research methodologies and AI-driven tools to enhance our research capabilities

What You Bring

• 35+ years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or related fields
• Strong background in usability testing, user journey mapping, and mixed-method research (both qualitative and quantitative)
• Proficiency with research tools like LogRocket, Hotjar, Maze, or similar platforms
• Expertise in Google Analytics (GA) and other analytics platforms for behavioral data analysis
• Understanding of design systems and how they impact product scalability and user experience
• Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or A/B testing
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across disciplines (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design)
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
