Mechanical Assembler I

What You Will Do:

• Utilize hand tools such as torque wrenches, crowfoot wrenches, and allen wrenches for daily assembly tasks.
• Employ measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and standard rulers, to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow blueprints and operation sheets for standard work instructions in assembling products.
• Adjust equipment based on test results and a thorough understanding of processes and machinery.
• Conduct tests for oxygen purity and moisture content at various stages of the process, recording gauge readings and test results.
• Adhere to PPE and cleanroom standards to prevent foreign objects and debris from contaminating products.
• Perform all tasks in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a standing position for up to 10 hours per day.
• Perform additional job duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
